中新社12月21日电据塔斯社报道，当地时间20日，俄罗斯副外长鲁登科表示，俄罗斯反对日本讨论“拥有核”的可能性。鲁登科表示，俄罗斯知道日本目前正在讨论这一问题，即修改宪法中涉及“无核三原则”的相关条款。他强调，俄罗斯有明确的反对立场。鲁登科补充说，俄罗斯认为日本的“重新军事化”只会加剧东北亚的紧张局势，面临威胁的国家将不可避免地做出反应。
